Biographical Spot Highlights Halvorson’s Personal Story And Her Lifelong Commitment to Working Families

Joliet, IL – State Senator and Democratic Nominee for Congress in the 11th Congressional District Debbie Halvorson, today released her first TV ad of her campaign. Entitled “Ends,” the ad highlights Debbie Halvorson’s personal experience as a single mother and the issues that are important to her – and all families. The 30 second television spot also notes some of her accomplishments for working families as an Illinois State Senator.

In the ad, Debbie Halvorson says, “There are a lot of challenges out there, there's health care, there’s the economy and people want to know that the person they elect is tough and is gonna stand up for them and fight for them. And that's what I've done all my life.”
